The affordable BoreMaster Model 1500's compact and rugged design enables you to repair bores from 1 1/2" - 6.0" in diameter with unprecedented ease. Simply attach an electric drill and you're ready to go.

Easy to use
The Model 1500's unique automatic axial feed and micrometer-adjustable tooling enables inexperienced and experienced operators to machine smooth, accurate bores with precision. The axial feed assembly automatically feeds the boring bar a fixed 0.0025" per bar revolution so you never have to worry about over feeding. The optional micrometer-adjustable tool setter allows the depth of cut to be set to within 0.0005".

Simple to set up
Since the BoreMaster 1500 is lightweight and easy to handle, it can be set up in three simple steps using the standard alignment cones:
Step 1: Center the boring bar.
Step 2: Securely attach the bearing supports to the work.
Step 3: Remove setup cones, set cutting tool, attach the drill and start boring.
